1. Loop over ears — slip the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over nose and mouth
2. Shape the nose wire — press the wire down firmly over the bridge of your nose to seal any gaps
3. Adjust the sliders — move the ear loop sliders up or down until the mask sits snug and secure

Tip: A properly fitted mask should have no gaps on the sides and should not slip down when you speak.

• Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle at 30°C
• Use mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softener
• Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear
• Gently press out excess water — do not wring or twist
• Air dry flat or hang in a ventilated area — do not tumble dry
• Do not iron directly on the breathing valve

Wash after every 1–2 uses for best results.
