1. General

  • Rtvibe operates as a sole proprietorship registered in Islamabad, Pakistan.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days depending on your location in Pakistan.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only via trusted courier partners like Leopards, Fastex, Daewoo, Postex, and Call Courrier.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and returned with an unboxing video.

  • Customers pay a fixed return shipping fee of PKR 250. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 4–12 working days.

  • Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns.

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

5. Payments

  • We accept Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For some COD orders, we may request partial or full delivery charges in advance to confirm the order.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including product images, logos, and written materials — is the property of Rtvibe. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any content without permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to access or interfere with our systems, customer data, or website functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rtvibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
