AtΒ Rtvibe, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help β€” with a clear and simple return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with a valid unboxing video as proof.

  • Products that are used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

  • Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or other restrictions β€” if applicable, this will be mentioned on the product page.


How to Request a Return

  • Share your order number, reason for return, and the required unboxing video.

  • If your return is approved, we will share the return instructions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only if the item is unused and in original condition. Exchange requests must also be made within 3 days of delivery.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer within 4–12 working days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 12 days, please contact us.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with an unboxing video so we can make it right.
