We want you to love your Rtvibe order. If something isn't right, you can exchange or return it within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items we can't take back For hygiene reasons, face masks and earrings can't be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or aren't what you ordered.
How to start an exchange or return Message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 0134423 or email connect@rtvibe.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange or return. We'll reply with the next steps.
Return shipping Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the return shipping is not paid by the customer, a flat Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund amount or from your next order.
Exchanges and refunds Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll send your exchange or process your refund (less Rs. 300 if the return shipping wasn't paid). We'll contact you to arrange the refund.
