What kind of products does Rtvibe sell?

We offer a variety of high-quality products at affordable prices — curated to bring you value without compromising on style or function.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, we try to restock popular items regularly. If something’s out of stock, feel free to contact us to ask about restock dates.

Can I change or edit my order after placing it?

You can request changes before your order is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, contact us before it ships via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, the order can’t be canceled.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Pakistan only.

What couriers do you use?

We ship via Leopards, Fastex, Daewoo, Postex, and Call Courrier for reliable nationwide delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location/city.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below that amount, standard shipping charges apply.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes! COD is available. However, we may request advance payment of delivery charges for confirmation.

Do you offer installment or credit options?

Currently, we do not offer installment or financing options.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes! You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if it is unused and in original condition. An unboxing video is required.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

The customer pays a fixed return fee of PKR 199.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued via bank transfer within 4–12 working days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are allowed for unused items returned within 7 days. Please contact us to initiate the process.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately with a photo/video of the issue and your unboxing video. We’ll make it right.
