How to use the gel pad: to cool, place it in the fridge for about an hour. To warm, soak it in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Always check the temperature on your wrist before use, especially for children. Do not use if the gel pad is damaged or leaking.

Care: take out the gel pad and wipe it clean, hand wash the mask gently and air dry.
