Delivery & Returns

We deliver to all cities in Pakistan. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your city.

Delivery is Rs. 250, and free on orders of Rs. 8,000 or more.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide: you pay the courier when your order arrives. For some orders or cities we may ask for an advance payment.

Pay by Easypaisa or bank transfer and save 5% with code PREPAID5 at checkout.

You can exchange or return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer; if it isn't, a flat Rs. 300 is deducted from your refund or next order.

For hygiene reasons, face masks and earrings can’t be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or aren’t what you ordered.
